Palmieri builds it story on the five hundred year old growing tradition. Company is co-owned by family member, Sabrina Palmieri. At first Palmieri produced only extra virgin olive oil, the offer of Plamieri products later expand and it came to production of Dessert wines.
After cooperation with Biotehnical faculty of Ljubljana, faculty of Design and best renowned chefs and dessert chefs Palmieri succeeded and brought Dessert wines to luxury tastes and design.
In accordance with Palmieri tradition Dessert wines are made without using any additives or extracts, but only the top natural, mostly locally grown ingredients.
Dessert main ingredient is wine Refosco from Slovenian Istra. While Bourbon vanilla and white truffle we import, unfortunately there is not sufficient quantities of white truffle produced in Slovenia.
Palmieri products are supported by University of Ljubljana, Biotehnical faculty and faculty of Design, Ljubljana.
